Our oysters come from our sister restaurant, Sorry Charlie’s, in Savannah, one of only three Georgia companies working in partnership with the University of Georgia licensed to farm oysters in state waters. This pioneering program has helped bring sustainable oyster farming to Georgia, and these premium oysters have already been recognized among the best in the nation.

Each Wednesday, the oysters are carefully harvested and brought to Huey’s by Thursday ensuring a briny, ocean-fresh taste in every shell.
